My experience

I did an internship at PT Sarana Mukti. PT Sarana Mukti is located at Jl. Taman Ratu Ratih IV kav. 2 tlogosari kulon. Semarang. I did an internship for 6 months, starting from January to June 2022. I did an internship with 4 of my friends.

On the first day of my internship, my friends and I were warmly welcomed by our internship supervisor at the office, Mas Ozi. My friends and I were asked to introduce ourselves to our internship supervisors. On the first day of the internship, I felt confused because it was the first time I had entered the real world of work. At that time I only watched and learned how to work well in the office world. As time went by, finally my friends and I got the assignment. Mas Ozi gave the task of drawing 2D, namely in the form of a floor plan and a section of a residential house. At that time I was still confused because I myself still didn't understand how to draw 2D, especially using Autocad. The assignment still gets a lot of revision and repetition because I also still have a lot to learn at the beginning. After several revisions, I finally completed the 2d assignment using Autocad. In March my friends and I were given the task of drawing 3d using Sktechup, the first time I was still learning to draw using Sketchup, it turned out that Sketchup was easier than Autocad. I did 3d Sketchup from March to May, in the middle of May my friends and I conducted a survey at the Ayodya Gunung Pati housing complex. At the beginning of June I worked on the RAB from PT Bulog, I worked on the RAB until the internship was over.

Arriving in June, on June 30 to be precise, our internship was finished. My friends and I really enjoyed doing our internship at PT Sarana Mukti because we got a lot of knowledge and also experience of what the world of work is like. I hope that in the future more people will choose to do internships at PT Sarana Mukti because what is taught and the knowledge gained is very useful for high school students.
